‘Yelena, a young Russian-speaking woman, is being dragged by her husband to the Ardennes to celebrate Christmas for the umpteenth time. As always, it's celebrated in the family's luxurious cabin, but this time a surprise awaits them: the youngest brother's brand-new girlfriend, Valerie.
Meanwhile, Yelena has been unable to reach her mother for days and notices that her two children are losing believe in the fairy tales of her own childhood. Valerie's easy integration within the family leads Yelena to suspect there is more behind the family dynamic than she had thought before.’
